Sessions are £60 each when booked in a block of six. (Our most popular package!)
Sessions are £55 each when booked in a block of twelve.
Sessions are £50 each when booked in a block of twenty-five.
Concession rates are only applicable to students, low-income households, or clients receiving Universal Credit or welfare benefits (evidence required).

Artvia Therapy is able to provide individual sessions within your organisation, with each session tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. Preferential rates can be arranged where multiple referrals are made, allowing flexibility to align with your organisation’s requirements.
Artvia Therapy offers small group programmes of up to eight participants, delivered over six structured sessions. These person-centred, trauma-informed groups provide a safe space to explore emotions, build connection, and develop coping skills. Programmes can be tailored to organisational needs and are booked as a full course.
Artvia Therapy delivers half-day or full-day workshops tailored to your organisation’s needs. Content is developed collaboratively to address specific wellbeing themes or objectives. Workshops are priced per session, regardless of attendee numbers, and can be delivered to staff or clients.

Payment Methods - Payment must be made in advance to secure a booking. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit card, credit card, and other agreed electronic payment platforms. Full payment details will be provided on the invoice at the time of booking.
Terms of Return - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a missed session.
State of Return - As this is a professional therapeutic service rather than a physical product, sessions cannot be “returned” once delivered. A session is considered delivered once the scheduled time has commenced.
Reason for Return - Missed sessions or late cancellations are not eligible for refund or transfer.
Process for Return - To cancel or reschedule, clients must contact the therapist directly via email or agreed contact method at least 24 hours before the session. Confirmation of cancellation or rescheduling will be provided in writing.
Process of Refund - Payments are non-refundable. Where appropriate notice has been given (more than 24 hours), the session fee will be carried forward to a future booking rather than refunded. If the therapist cancels and rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
