Use of Artwork & Quotes
Your artwork and words remain confidential. They will only be shared or published with your explicit written consent via a consent form, and will be anonymised unless you agree otherwise. You may withdraw consent at any time before publication.

All sessions are confidential. Information will only be shared without consent if there is a risk of serious harm, safeguarding concerns, or a legal requirement to disclose.
Data Storage & Security
Records are stored securely on password-protected systems. Access is restricted to the therapist. Online sessions are delivered via secure platforms.
Data Retention
Clinical records are retained in line with professional and insurance requirements (typically a minimum of 7 years after therapy ends, or longer for children where required). Records are securely destroyed after this period.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to your data, ask for corrections, or raise concerns about how your information is handled. You may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your data rights have been breached.
